Refund & Returns Policy

At Amas, we take great pride in the quality of our condiments. Because our products are perishable food items, our policy differs slightly from standard retail. Please read carefully before you buy.

1. Final Sale & Hygiene

Due to health and safety regulations, all our sauces are final sale.

  • No Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, don't like the flavor profile, or ordered the wrong item by mistake.

  • Safety First: Once a jar has left our warehouse, we cannot verify its storage conditions. For the safety of all our customers, we never restock or resell returned food.

2. Damaged or Broken Jars

Glass can be fragile, and occasionally a journey can be a bit bumpy. If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

  • The 48-Hour Window: You must report any damage to hello@amassauces.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: To process a replacement or refund, we require a clear photo of:

    1. The damaged jar/product.

    2. The shipping box and packaging.

  • Our Process: Once verified, we will either ship out a replacement (at no cost to you) or issue a refund for the damaged item to your original payment method.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we’ve sent you the wrong sauce or if you believe there is a quality defect (e.g., the safety seal was compromised upon arrival):

  • Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • Do not consume or throw away the product until you have spoken with us, as we may need the batch code from the label to investigate.

4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for refunds or replacements if you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout.

  • Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" to your specified address or "Safe Place" but the package is missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Once the courier marks the item as delivered, our liability ends.

5. How to Start a Claim

Please email hello@amassauces.com with your Order Number in the subject line. We aim to respond to all queries within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).
