Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We can't ship overseas yet. (we are working on that now!)

Delivery options and prices

From time to time we run promotions that change the free delivery threshold. Whatever you see at checkout is what applies to your order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Your order is packed by our fulfilment partner and usually dispatched within [ 1–2 working days]. Once it's on its way, standard delivery usually takes [2–4 working days], and express is faster. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

All delivery times are estimates. Occasionally couriers are delayed by weather, strikes or busy periods, and we can't be responsible for delays once your parcel is with them, but we'll always help you chase it.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Your address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@amassauces.com straight away and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing parcels

Glass jars occasionally don't survive the journey. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@amassauces.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged jar and the box, and we'll send a replacement or refund. See our Refund policy for the details.

If your tracking says delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbours and your safe place first, then get in touch and we'll help you raise it with the courier.
